SUSQUEHENNA BANK CENTER, SAT. AUG 14 **After a rough start on opening number "Misery" (and a restart)
Adam Levine and the band delivered one of the most consistent
and charming shows I've seen in a long time! My first forever into
LIVE Maroon 5 territory, it was everything a fan could want...
seemlessly conducted hits, acoustic renditions of classics, even a few
unexpected covers (including a lil Tina Turner and Alicia Keys).
Of course, Adam's good looks and sultry voice kept me mesmerized :-).
I loved that they event recounted the band's early days when
they played to little over 100 fans at Phila's TLA in 2002,
and how humbled they wereto be playing to thousands in 2010.
They remembered, and respected the zip code, even if they were just great at
faking it (cheesesteak references and all). All in all, I couldn't have been more impressed...the night's standout track? "She Will Be Loved".
